Scope of Application<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c2a400 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c2a400\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This policy applies to purchases made on the Gold&amp;Mize website and concerns the right of withdrawal and the procedures for returning and refunding purchased products.<br data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"572\">Customized or made-to-measure products are subject to specific conditions (see point 5).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fac1c64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fac1c64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Period for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5694762 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5694762\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Unless otherwise stated, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"829\">30 days<\/strong> from the date of product delivery (measured from the day the product is received) for standard non-customized products.<br data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"964\">The return must be made following the procedure indicated in point 3.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99dbf10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"99dbf10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Return Procedure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f08c26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f08c26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1123\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1801\"><li data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1296\"><p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1296\">send a written communication to the email address <strong data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1204\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1202\">returns@goldandmize.it<\/a><\/strong> indicating the order number, delivery date, and the products they intend to return;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1653\"><p data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1653\"><strong data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1331\">attach the completed form<\/strong> available free of charge at the following link: <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.altroconsumo.it\/casa-energia\/elettricita-e-gas\/modelli-lettere\/-\/media\/altroconsumo\/pdf\/modelli-lettere\/modello-lettera-diritto-di-recesso.pdf?rev=5a2ac417-b693-4edc-8689-4b8923658570&amp;hash=F4EC099F45DD2DB2703686B70D6A1C80\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1651\">Right of Withdrawal Form<\/a><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1801\"><p data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1801\">return the product within <strong data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1698\">14 days<\/strong> from the date on which they communicated their intention to withdraw, using the address provided by Gold&amp;Mize.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>The conditions that the product must meet to be accepted: integrity of the item, original packaging unopened (or opened only for verification), intact labels, no use beyond verifying the nature and characteristics.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3203ff7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3203ff7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Shipping and Return Costs<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-87b5a42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"87b5a42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1123\">The return shipping is generally at the Customer&#8217;s expense, except in cases where Gold&amp;Mize has communicated otherwise (e.g., for shipping errors or product defects). The original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable, unless otherwise agreed. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7464cba elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7464cba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Customized or Made-to-Measure Products<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b74690b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b74690b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2684\">Customized products or those made to Customer specifications (e.g., engravings, graphic customizations, or made-to-measure) <strong data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2588\">are not subject to return or refund<\/strong>, unless a manufacturing defect or damage occurring during transport is demonstrated.<\/p><p data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"3000\">In case of defect or damage, the Customer must send within <strong data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2754\">48 hours<\/strong> from delivery a notification to <strong data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"2813\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" href=\"mailto:resi@goldandmize.it\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2792\" data-end=\"2811\">resi@goldandmize.it<\/a><\/strong> with detailed photographs of the defect\/damage. Gold&amp;Mize will evaluate the request and, if confirmed, will provide a free replacement of the product or, if not possible, issue a refund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eed8a16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eed8a16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Refund<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3605b17 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3605b17\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2684\">Gold&amp;Mize will process the refund within <strong data-start=\"3059\" data-end=\"3086\">15-30 business days<\/strong> from receiving the return and confirming that the product meets the conditions specified in point 3. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca2330a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ca2330a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Limitations and Exclusion Conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-295ff3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"295ff3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3349\" data-end=\"3434\">Gold&amp;Mize reserves the right to refuse the refund if the returned product:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3435\" data-end=\"3706\">\n<li data-start=\"3435\" data-end=\"3515\">\n<p data-start=\"3437\" data-end=\"3515\">has been used in an evident manner or not in accordance with the indicated conditions;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3516\" data-end=\"3592\">\n<p data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3592\">is incomplete, damaged, not re-packaged, or without original labels;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3593\" data-end=\"3706\">\n<p data-start=\"3595\" data-end=\"3706\">has been customized (and does not present a defect) or is excluded from the right of withdrawal as indicated in point 5.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e111a58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e111a58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8.
