Gold&Mize Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to purchases made on the Gold&Mize website and concerns the right of withdrawal and the procedures for returning and refunding purchased products.
Customized or made-to-measure products are subject to specific conditions (see point 5).

2. Period for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of product delivery (measured from the day the product is received) for standard non-customized products.
The return must be made following the procedure indicated in point 3.

3. Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:

  • send a written communication to the email address returns@goldandmize.it indicating the order number, delivery date, and the products they intend to return;

  • attach the completed form available free of charge at the following link: Right of Withdrawal Form

  • return the product within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their intention to withdraw, using the address provided by Gold&Mize.

The conditions that the product must meet to be accepted: integrity of the item, original packaging unopened (or opened only for verification), intact labels, no use beyond verifying the nature and characteristics.

4. Shipping and Return Costs

The return shipping is generally at the Customer’s expense, except in cases where Gold&Mize has communicated otherwise (e.g., for shipping errors or product defects). The original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Customized or Made-to-Measure Products

Customized products or those made to Customer specifications (e.g., engravings, graphic customizations, or made-to-measure) are not subject to return or refund, unless a manufacturing defect or damage occurring during transport is demonstrated.

In case of defect or damage, the Customer must send within 48 hours from delivery a notification to resi@goldandmize.it with detailed photographs of the defect/damage. Gold&Mize will evaluate the request and, if confirmed, will provide a free replacement of the product or, if not possible, issue a refund.

6. Refund

Gold&Mize will process the refund within 15-30 business days from receiving the return and confirming that the product meets the conditions specified in point 3. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitations and Exclusion Conditions

Gold&Mize reserves the right to refuse the refund if the returned product:

  • has been used in an evident manner or not in accordance with the indicated conditions;

  • is incomplete, damaged, not re-packaged, or without original labels;

  • has been customized (and does not present a defect) or is excluded from the right of withdrawal as indicated in point 5.
